Positive: The home was cosy and comfortable, set in a beautiful natural location. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, gas hob, microwave, and basic pots and pans. The holiday park also has an outdoor swimming pool, which I believe opens on 22 May, as well as stables with horses and ponies, although we didn’t use these facilities during our stay. It is only a 5-minute drive from St Austell. Communication with the staff was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would gladly book it again in the future.
Negative: I didn’t see any shops within a short walking distance, and there were no toilet rolls when we arrived. However, we had some with us and bought more the next day, so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Check-in is officially open until 10 pm, but since we arrived much later (around 11:30 pm), the staff kindly left us check-in instructions and prepared the house for our arrival. The place was very clean and provided fresh towels and clean bedding.
Summary: Very good value for the money in nice rural location
